Please note that you will be responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs.
This is a rain or shine event, please prepare for the weather for that day.
Event set up for vendors is from 8AM-9:00AM. If you are a food truck please arrive at 8AM!
Event Runs from 9PM-1PM we ask that you remain the entire time.
Please understand that we do review all applications before sending acceptances. Our goal is to not have anymore than 3 of the same items for our bigger events. It is possible that there will be other similar items.
Vendor Fee is Non-refundable

All outside events will be held at the Bluff City Little League Ballfield

Organizations will not be permitted to set up at the events if they are not on the approved vendors list. If you have been approved a payment link will be sent to you. Once payment is received we will add your business to our vendor list and Facebook page for promoting.
