Please note that you will be responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs.
This is a rain or shine event, please prepare for the weather for that day.
Event set up for vendors is from 8AM-9:00AM. If you are a food truck please arrive at 8AM!
Event Runs from 9PM-1PM we ask that you remain the entire time.
Please understand that we do review all applications before sending acceptance emails. Our goal is to not have anymore than 3 of the same items for our bigger events. It is possible that there will be other similar items.
Vendor Fee is Non-refundable

Organizations will not be permitted to set up at the events if they are not on the approved vendors list. If you have been approved a payment link will be emailed to you. Once payment is received we will add your business to our vendor list and Facebook page for promoting.
