Please note that this event is taking place at the Banquet Hall at the Impact Community Center. Parking will be located at the front of the building, and you will walk around to the back where there will be a second building. This building will be where the Mother's Day Tea Party will take place.

Photos will be provided by Willowbrook Photography. All photos taken will be uploaded to their website within one week of the event. Photos will include a watermark, you are free to share the photos, if you wish to purchase the photo without the watermark they request a $5 donation.

Vendors will be set up around the banquet hall for you to shop and find that perfect mother's day gift.

We will have a silent auction during the event, we ask that if you bid on an item to stay the whole duration of the event, as we will announce the winner at the end of the event. We are unable to accept cards for the silent auction. Cash is preferred, but checks can be accepted if made out to the Bluff City Family Committee.

If you would like to purchase a special Crystal Cup please bring an additional $5. Crystal cups are limited and are on a first come first served basis.
